FAQs
What is the dress code for your wedding?
CEREMONY
The ceremony will be outdoors under the shade of a family of redwood trees. Wear your most fabulous comfortable, practical clothing for warm, breezy weather; especially if you’re planning on taking advantage of your access for the day to the botanical gardens.
RECEPTION
The reception will take place in a laid-back formal dining hall. We’ll be going all out, but you, fair partygoer, get to wear whatever you want. Ideally, you wear something that makes you smile when you put it on your body. Whatever you wind up wearing, make sure you bring your dancing shoes.
Are children welcome?
Yes! Though fur children are unfortunately not welcome in either venue. We know, we’ve made our peace with it.
What’s the deal with Covid Restrictions?
In the interest of keeping everyone as safe as possible, we ask that you take a rapid test each day you plan to attend an event. I.e. one test before the rehearsal dinner, one test on our wedding day, and one test before the hangover brunch. Please plan to bring your own rapid tests. We will have a few extra in case you run out, but will not have enough for everyone.
The Terrace Room is requiring advanced proof of vaccination by May 23rd, and a mask to enter the building that can be taken off once you enter the reception hall. Children between 2-5 are unfortunately required to wear a mask at all times. You can upload your proof of vaccination here.
All other wedding venues near us are currently requiring proof of vaccination (card or photo) to enter, though masks are optional.
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
If you have any restrictions not outlined in the menu options on the RSVP form, please write in your concerns and we can figure it out with you and our chef before the event.
Can I bring a date?
We’ve left space in our wedding party for everyone to bring a plus one if they would like. Just let us know when you RSVP!
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP Here by May 16th. If you show up unannounced, we’ll make room for ya but you’re getting whatever’s leftover in the kitchen!
